• The vehicle must be used only for lawful purposes and within the permitted geographical limits.
• Smoking, carrying illegal goods, or using the vehicle for racing or towing is strictly prohibited.
• The renter is responsible for traffic fines, tolls, parking fees, and penalties during the rental period.

5. Fuel Policy

• Vehicles will be provided with fuel as per company policy (Full-to-Full / As-Is Basis).
• Customers must return the vehicle with the agreed fuel level, failing which refueling charges may apply.

6. Cancellation & Refund

9. Termination of Agreement

• The agreement will be terminated if the renter breaches any terms.
• In such cases, the company may reclaim the vehicle immediately without refund.
